Client Knowledge Management
 

Post-project knowledge transfer, ad-hoc training and support are integral parts of the NET2S Client Knowledge Management program, yet the process is set up at the very beginning of every client engagement. The NET2S team practices knowledge transfer almost immediately: clients are continuously trained and updated throughout the development of their projects. We adapt the knowledge management program individually with each client on an ongoing basis.

While staying abreast of ever-changing technology is always a challenge, the NET2S program also includes vertical-focused knowledge management.
Together with the technology focus we address issues concerning outsourced IT R&D, outsourced testing capabilities, and hold regular technology updates, strategy sessions and roadmap workshops. NET2S makes use of various tools and facilities to round out our Client Knowledge Management program, including client portal, R&D and testing centers.
